The Global Leadership Profile
What is the Global Leadership Profile (GLP)?
Most leadership tools give you insight. The Global Leadership Profile (GLP) gives you something far more rare: awareness of the structure of how you make sense of the world.
And in today’s complexity, that changes everything.
The GLP is a powerful 360° assessment grounded in Vertical Development theory. It provides deep insight into how you think, lead, make decisions, and relate to others, while also revealing patterns, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
By combining self-reflection with feedback from relevant stakeholders, the GLP offers a holistic picture of your leadership impact and developmental potential.
Your GLP coaching package includes:
• The full GLP assessment
• A comprehensive leadership report
• Three confidential debrief coaching sessions to help you interpret your results, deepen self-awareness, and translate insights into meaningful action and growth.
The assessment itself typically takes approximately 45–60 minutes to complete, depending on how much reflection you choose to give each question.
Once you complete your responses, your GLP report will be generated by GLA assessors within 14 days.
We will then schedule your three 60 min debrief sessions on what’s called 1st person perspective (your relationship to yourself), 2nd person perspective (your relationship to others) and 3rd person perspective (your relationship to the systems you belong to and influence).
Unlike many leadership assessments that simply describe personality traits or behavioural preferences, the Global Leadership Profile (GLP) helps you understand the underlying thinking frameworks shaping how you make decisions, and respond under pressure.
You will walk away with a deeper awareness of both your strengths and your growth edges, and practical insight into how to lead more effectively in complexity and change.
The GLP not only highlights where you are today, but also illuminates your next stage of leadership development and the expanded capacities available to you.

Why the GLP Is the Difference That Makes the Difference in Leadership Development
Who I am and why this work matters to me.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I work at the intersection of leadership, mindset, and human transformation.
I am also:
Most leadership challenges are not skill gaps, they are meaning-making gaps.
And once you see that, you can’t unsee it.
Why I believe the GLP is the difference that makes the difference
I’ve worked with leaders across corporate, consulting, government, and entrepreneurial spaces. Many are highly capable, intelligent, and experienced.
And yet I kept seeing the same pattern:
They were not stuck because they lacked tools.
They were stuck because they were operating from an unexamined way of thinking.
That is exactly what most leadership assessments do not surface.
Tools like Hogan Assessments, The Myers-Briggs Company, or DISC profiles can help leaders understand behaviour, preference, and style. They are useful, but they often stop at the surface level of personality.
The GLP is different.
Developed by Global Leadership Associates, it maps vertical development: the actual evolution of how a leader interprets reality, power, complexity, and identity.
This matters because:
Two leaders can have identical skills…
but radically different impact.
Why?
Because they are operating from different “levels” of meaning-making.
What the GLP reveals that other tools don’t
The GLP helps leaders see:
This is not personality typing.
This is developmental insight.
And it is often the first time leaders realise:
“Oh… this is not just what I do. This is how I see.”
That distinction is where transformation begins.
Why this is so critical right now:
We are leading in an era where:
It’s about having a more evolved way of thinking.
This is where vertical development becomes essential — and where the GLP becomes a turning point rather than just another assessment.
Because when leaders see their own operating system clearly, they gain something far more powerful than insight:
Choice.
And choice is the beginning of real leadership maturity.
What shifts when leaders go through the GLP debriefing
In my work with clients, the GLP often becomes a moment of deep clarity. Not because it labels them, but because it reflects them back in a way that is hard to ignore.
Leaders begin to:

Who I am and why this work matters to me.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I work at the intersection of leadership, mindset, and human transformation.
I am also:
- Accredited by Global Leadership Associates (GLA) to administer and debrief the Global Leadership Profile (GLP)
- A certified developmental coach through the Vertical Development Institute
- A transformational and executive coach working with leaders navigating complexity, identity shifts, and system-level challenges
- The founder of MACRO Leaders, where I support leaders and teams to operate from greater clarity, courage, and consciousness
Most leadership challenges are not skill gaps, they are meaning-making gaps.
And once you see that, you can’t unsee it.

What the GLP reveals that other tools don’t
The GLP helps leaders see:
- The lens through which they interpret authority, conflict, and power
- How they respond under pressure (control, withdrawal, adaptation, expansion)
- The assumptions they unconsciously make about others and systems
- Their relationship with complexity (simplify, manage, hold, or transform it)
- The limits of their current worldview, and what becomes possible beyond it.
This is not personality typing.
This is developmental insight.
And it is often the first time leaders realise:
“Oh… this is not just what I do. This is how I see.”
That distinction is where transformation begins.
Why this is so critical right now:
We are leading in an era where:
- certainty is gone,
- complexity is normal,
- authority is questioned,
- and systems are constantly shifting.
- interrupt automatic reactions
- lead with more presence and less defensiveness
- hold tension without collapsing or controlling
- expand their capacity for complexity
- and lead from a more grounded and authentic place
Let’s explore if this is the right fit for you
If you are a leader, executive, or team navigating complexity and wanting to deepen your impact, we can have a focused exploration of:
- your leadership context,
- your current challenges,
- and whether the GLP would genuinely support your next level of development.
If it is, I will show you what becomes possible.
